UFC 的比赛规则（中英文）

现在网络使大家可以放眼看世界，可以了解几乎所有想了解的东西了。托网络的福，看过和了解美国UFC（Ultimate Fighting Championship）比赛也就是所谓”终极格斗锦标赛”UFC的朋友越来越多了，对于此项赛事的规则关心的朋友也越来越多了，UFC到底有没有限制呢？
这里先给出个 UFC 的比赛规则翻译版本，希望能对想了解此规则的朋友有所帮助。

一．级别
轻量级 145磅～155磅(65.7kg～70.3kg)
次中量级 155磅～170磅（70.3kg～77.1kg）
中量级 170磅～185磅（77.1kg～83.8kg）
次重量级185磅～205磅（83.8kg～92.5kg）
重量级 205磅～265磅（92.5kg～120.2kg）二．比赛时间
头衔争夺赛： 3回合 /每回合5分钟
非头衔争夺赛： 5回合/每回合5分钟
*回合间休息1分钟三．犯规
1．头顶
2．对眼睛的攻击
3．咬人
4．揪头发
5．鼻孔，耳朵眼，口腔以及对手已有伤口的抠挖撕扯等。
6．裆部的攻击
7．对小关节（如手指关节）的攻击
8．对脊柱和脑后的攻击
9．用肘从上向下的打击（其他的肘部攻击允许）
10．打击或掐对方喉部。
11．掐，扣，挠等行为。
12．抓对方锁骨
13．踢倒地的对手的头部
14．用膝攻击倒地的对手的头部。
15．踩踏倒地的对手
16．脚后跟踢打对方肾脏
17．使劲将对手的头或者颈部按向赛场地面的行为？

18．将对手扔出笼外的行为
19．揪扯对方的短裤或手套
20．向对方吐口水
21．违反体育精神的伤害对手的行为
22．手抓围笼
23．辱骂行为
24．在比赛中止期间攻击对方
25．攻击已经受到场上裁判保护的对手
26．比赛结束的钟声响过后攻击对手
27．无视场上裁判的指示
28．逃跑，装伤，故意使护齿频繁脱落的胆小怯阵的行为
29．己方助手席的扰乱行为
30．比赛进行中仍毛巾。四．胜负决定方法
包括以下几种：
1. 认输/降服
拍地（或者拍对方身体）认输 Physical tap out
口头认输
2．场上裁判终止比赛（TKO）Technical knockout
3．依据点数判定胜负
4．平局
5．丧失资格
6．无效比赛

UFC rules, as approved by the
Nevada State Athletic Commission - July 23, 20011．Weight classes:
Lightweight - over 145 lbs. to 155 lbs.
Welterweight - over 155 lbs. to 170 lbs.
Middleweight - over 170 lbs. to 185 lbs.
Light Heavyweight - over 185 lbs. to 205 lbs.
Heavyweight - over 205 lbs. to 265 lbs.2．Bout duration:
All non-championship bouts shall be three rounds.
All championship bouts shall be five rounds.
Rounds will be five minutes in duration, with a one minute.
A one-minute rest period will occur between each round.3．Fouls:
Butting with the head.
Eye gouging of any kind.
Biting.
Hair pulling.
Fish hooking.
Groin attacks of any kind.
Putting a finger into any orifice or into any cut or laceration on an opponent.
Small joint manipulation.
Striking to the spine or the back of the head.
Striking downward using the point of the elbow.
Throat strikes of any kind, including, without limitation, grabbing the trachea.
Clawing, pinching or twisting the flesh.
Grabbing the clavicle.
Kicking the head of a grounded opponent.
Kneeing the head of a grounded opponent.
Stomping a grounded opponent.
Kicking to the kidney with the heel.
Spiking an opponent to the canvas on his head or neck.
Throwing an opponent out of the ring or fenced area.
Holding the shorts or gloves of an opponent.
Spitting at an opponent.
Engaging in an unsportsmanlike conduct that causes an injury to an opponent.
Holding the ropes or the fence.
Using abusive language in the ring or fenced area.
Attacking an opponent on or during the break.
Attacking an opponent who is under the care of the referee.
Attacking an opponent after the bell has sounded the end of the period of unarmed combat.
Flagrantly disregarding the instructions of the referee.
Timidity, including, without limitation, avoiding contact with an opponent, intentionally or consistently dropping the mouthpiece or faking an injury.
Interference by the corner.
Throwing in the towel during competition.4． Ways To Win:
Submission by:
Physical tap out.
Verbal tap out.
Technical knockout by the referee stopping the contest.Technical knockout by the referee stopping the contest.
Decision via the scorecards, including:
Unanimous decision.
Split decision.
Majority decision.
Draw, including:
Unanimous draw.
Majority draw.
Split draw.Technical decision.
Technical draw.
Disqualification.
Forfeit.
No contest.
